Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience
- successful completion of corporate training program
- Title 4 Manager Certification
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- ability to stand prolonged periods and work in a kitchen environment
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work late nights and unpredictable hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience
- management experience preferred
- successful completion of corporate training program
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar management
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- strong business acumen and financial management skills
- outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Title 4 Manager Certification
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- proficiency in Aloha POS, Hot Schedule, Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Restaurant 365, and Plate IQ
Job Duties
- Hire and train restaurant staff
- organize and oversee staff schedules
- conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- handle discipline and termination of employees according to policy
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- set performance goals and provide guidance to employees
- conduct regular staff meetings
- oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional customer experience
- monitor inventory and control costs
- implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- evaluate and improve operational processes
- address guest concerns promptly
- engage with customers and build rapport
- develop and manage budgets with Regional Manager
- monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- drive sales and increase revenue
- conduct regular menu tastings
- monitor food and beverage presentation and quality
- ensure customer satisfaction
- resolve customer complaints
- ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- manage inventory and purchases
- conduct daily inspections
- evaluate restaurant equipment for maintenance
- collaborate with chefs on menus
- maintain sales records and cash receipts
- prepare and submit operations reports
- perform other duties as assigned
