Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant experience
  • Title 4 Manager Certification
  • valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcohol Service Licensing
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • proficiency with Aloha POS system
  • familiarity with Hot Schedule scheduling
  • experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • physical ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods and work in kitchen environment
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work late nights and unpredictable hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant experience
  • management experience preferred
  • completion of corporate training program
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations

  • knowledge of Plate IQ invoicing and payments

Job Duties

  • Hire and train restaurant staff
  • organize and oversee staff schedules
  • conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • handle discipline and termination of employees according to policy
  • foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • set performance goals and provide support
  • conduct regular staff meetings
  • oversee daily operations ensuring seamless service
  • monitor inventory levels and control costs
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • evaluate and improve operational processes
  • ensure a welcoming dining experience and address guest concerns
  • engage with customers and take feedback
  • maintain visible presence and rapport with patrons
  • collaborate with Regional Manager on budgets and financial planning
  • monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • implement sales strategies to meet financial targets
  • conduct menu tastings and monitor food quality
  • ensure customer satisfaction
  • handle customer complaints diplomatically
  • ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • manage inventory and purchases
  • perform daily restaurant and equipment inspections
  • schedule equipment maintenance
  • collaborate with chefs on menu development
  • maintain sales records and cash tracking
  • prepare operations reports
  • perform additional duties as assigned
