Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant experience required management experience preferred
  • successful completion of corporate training program required
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house back-of-house and bar management
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Title 4 Manager Certification
  • valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
  • must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
  • prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
  • prolonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen
  • exposure to extreme heat steam and cold in a kitchen environment
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Hire and train restaurant staff
  • organize and oversee staff schedules
  • conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • handle discipline and termination of employees according to restaurant policy
  • foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and open communication
  • set performance goals and expectations providing guidance and support
  • conduct regular staff meetings
  • oversee daily operations ensuring seamless service and adherence to company policies
  • monitor inventory levels and control costs
  • implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene and safety
  • evaluate and improve operational processes
  • ensure a welcoming dining experience and address customer concerns
  • interact with guests incorporating feedback
  • maintain a visible presence in the restaurant
  • develop and manage budgets with Regional Manager
  • monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
  • conduct menu tastings for quality control
  • monitor food and beverage presentation and portion control
  • ensure customer satisfaction
  • handle complaints courteously
  • ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • manage inventory and purchase supplies
  • perform daily inspections for health and safety compliance
  • evaluate and schedule maintenance for equipment
  • collaborate with chefs on menu development
  • maintain sales records and cash receipts
  • prepare and submit operation reports
  • perform other assigned duties
