Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or similar
  • minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • on-the-job training
  • excellent communication skills
  • confidence and skillful negotiating skills
  • computer literate
  • strong organizational skills to give the team direction
  • current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal state local law
  • ramen preparation and Japanese restaurant experience are a plus
