Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years management experience in full-service dining environments
- Experience managing full bar operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years management experience in full-service, casual, or premium casual dining
- Experience managing a full bar program

- Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations including service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Manage financial performance through P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control
- Lead, mentor, and develop management team and staff
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive guest traffic and sales growth
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Train and coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth food service execution
