  • Minimum 3-5 years management experience in full-service dining environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years management experience in full-service, casual, or premium casual dining
  • Experience managing a full bar program
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
  • Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations including service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Manage financial performance through P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control
  • Lead, mentor, and develop management team and staff
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive guest traffic and sales growth
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts
  • Assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Train and coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth food service execution
