Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum four years of management experience in food and beverage, preferably fine dining
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Experience with budgeting and inventory control
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate staff in a high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods, lift and carry weights as specified
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certified
  • Four to seven years of food and beverage management experience in a fine dining environment preferred
  • Experience in budgeting
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in managing POS systems and cash handling

Job Duties

  • Maintain P&L authority over assigned location
  • Manage the reservation system, flow of service, staff scheduling, schedule adjustments, and attendance notices
  • Facilitate staff briefings prior to all shifts and be a subject matter expert on menu items and guest information
  • Identify talent, interview, hire, and onboard new associates with leadership potential
  • Monitor work performance and develop associates through one-on-one discussions, evaluations, and hands-on training
  • Motivate and challenge the team to achieve high performance, recognizing and rewarding excellence, and managing low performance through coaching
  • Promote a culture aligned with the company mission and values, demonstrating passion for hospitality, guest service, and quality improvement
