Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Toast POS
  • experience using scheduling software
  • previous experience as a server and bartender
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability for 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift and move items weighing 5-35 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting ($2.5MM+ annual revenue)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Toast POS, including menu editing
  • experience with scheduling software (preferably Homebase), including scheduling for 20-30 FOH employees
  • previous experience as both a server and bartender, with strong knowledge of front-of-house operations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • passion for Mexican cuisine and hospitality

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service
  • recruit, train, and manage staff to uphold company standards
  • use Toast POS for order processing, transactions, and menu editing/updates
  • manage financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue goals exceeding $2.5 million annually
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations
  • address guest concerns professionally to maintain a positive dining experience
  • collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and quality
  • be available for 10-hour shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays
  • lift and move items weighing 5–35 lbs as part of routine restaurant duties
  • use scheduling software (preferably Homebase) to create and maintain schedules for 20-30 FOH employees
  • utilize Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and administrative tasks
