Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and cash handling procedures

Job Duties
- Lead a team by inspiring confidence and developing skills
- Engage with guests and employees to build lasting relationships
- Train and provide performance coaching and feedback
- Delegate tasks to empower staff
- Ensure food safety and operational standards are met
- Manage labor, food costs, and cash handling responsibly
- Execute opening, closing, and shift changeover duties thoroughly
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support marketing and guest experience initiatives
- Maintain restaurant and equipment through preventative maintenance and cleanliness
- Lead training and development in one of the Pillars of Excellence - People, Product, or Place
