Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and cash handling procedures

Job Duties

  • Lead a team by inspiring confidence and developing skills
  • Engage with guests and employees to build lasting relationships
  • Train and provide performance coaching and feedback
  • Delegate tasks to empower staff
  • Ensure food safety and operational standards are met
  • Manage labor, food costs, and cash handling responsibly
  • Execute opening, closing, and shift changeover duties thoroughly
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support marketing and guest experience initiatives
  • Maintain restaurant and equipment through preventative maintenance and cleanliness
  • Lead training and development in one of the Pillars of Excellence - People, Product, or Place
