Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-2 years of food service management experience in a similar environment
- Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, stoop, use hands to perform tasks, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work 50-60 hours per week
- Must be on call 24/7
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in profit and loss management

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including hiring and training team members
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health department standards
- Build and maintain a guest-focused culture delivering "Convenience You Can Trust"
- Lead by example with a high energy and friendly attitude
- Manage P&L and inventory by analyzing sales trends and driving sales optimization
- Create an organized and efficient process-oriented environment
- Communicate company objectives and manage team performance for continuous improvement
- Schedule employees to meet guest demand while controlling labor costs
- Foster a people-first culture with superior guest service and operational excellence
- Optimize expenses through disciplined planning and expense management
- Forecast and analyze business trends related to payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses
