Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-2 years of food service management experience in similar environment
- Availability to be on call 24/7
- Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform job duties
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer focused and team oriented
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations

- Effective communication skills with ability to explain complex issues clearly

- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including hiring and training team members
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served in compliance with brand, company, and health regulations
- Foster a guest-focused culture delivering on Convenience You Can Trust
- Serve as a role model exhibiting high energy and friendly attitude
- Actively manage profit and loss (P&L) and inventory, identifying sales trends to drive additional sales
- Create an organized and process-oriented environment
- Communicate company objectives and strategies clearly to team
- Set clear performance expectations, track results and manage team performance
- Schedule staff effectively to meet guest demand while controlling labor costs
- Promote a culture of people-first, superior guest service, and operational excellence
- Optimize expenses and planning to maximize financial results
- Forecast and analyze business trends including payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to maximize profitability
