Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1-2 years of food service management experience in similar environment
  • Availability to be on call 24/7
  • Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform job duties
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer focused and team oriented
  • Must adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including hiring and training team members
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served in compliance with brand, company, and health regulations
  • Foster a guest-focused culture delivering on Convenience You Can Trust
  • Serve as a role model exhibiting high energy and friendly attitude
  • Actively manage profit and loss (P&L) and inventory, identifying sales trends to drive additional sales
  • Create an organized and process-oriented environment
  • Communicate company objectives and strategies clearly to team
  • Set clear performance expectations, track results and manage team performance
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet guest demand while controlling labor costs
  • Promote a culture of people-first, superior guest service, and operational excellence
  • Optimize expenses and planning to maximize financial results
  • Forecast and analyze business trends including payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to maximize profitability
