Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1-2 years of food service management experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, talk, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work 50-60 hours per week
  • Ability to be on call 24/7

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations including hiring, training, and developing the team while driving profitability
  • Train and direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
  • Build and foster a culture focused on guest needs and delivering convenience you can trust
  • Serve as a role model with a high energy, friendly attitude to team members and guests
  • Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying sales trends and implementing action plans to maximize performance
  • Create an organized and process-oriented environment
  • Communicate company objectives so team members understand how strategies fit into daily operations
  • Set clear expectations, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement
  • Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and maintain labor controls
  • Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service, and operational excellence
  • Practice disciplined expense management and thorough planning
  • Forecast and analyze business trends including payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses
