Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-2 years of food service management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, talk, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work 50-60 hours per week
- Ability to be on call 24/7

Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations including hiring, training, and developing the team while driving profitability
- Train and direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
- Build and foster a culture focused on guest needs and delivering convenience you can trust
- Serve as a role model with a high energy, friendly attitude to team members and guests
- Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying sales trends and implementing action plans to maximize performance
- Create an organized and process-oriented environment
- Communicate company objectives so team members understand how strategies fit into daily operations
- Set clear expectations, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement
- Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and maintain labor controls
- Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service, and operational excellence
- Practice disciplined expense management and thorough planning
- Forecast and analyze business trends including payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses
