Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- minimum 2 years of experience as dining room manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- current food safety and sanitation certification
- current alcohol training certification
- ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, and late night
- must be able to work 45-55 hour weeks
- must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- must have reliable transportation
- must have high stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- ability to push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- must be willing to travel away from home for 35-45 days for management training
- must be energetic, hardworking, team-oriented, honest, and comfortable managing people
- must be available to work consistently and act professionally at all times
- positive attitude required
Job Qualifications

- working knowledge of point-of-sale and bookkeeping systems
- proficient in web-based computer applications and Microsoft Office suite
Job Duties
- create an exceptional service experience and prioritize hospitality for guests
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- hire and train restaurant staff following company policies and procedures
- uphold standards for food preparation and service
- speak with guests to address concerns or solve problems
- create work schedules for restaurant staff
- control operational costs, take inventories, order supplies, and manage facility
- appraise staff performance
