Job Requirements

  • must be energetic hardworking team-oriented and honest
  • minimum 2 years dining room manager experience in full-service high-volume restaurant
  • must have current food safety and sanitation certification
  • must have current alcohol training certification
  • must effectively communicate in english verbal and written
  • must be able to work with diverse staff vendors and guests
  • strong leadership and coaching skills required
  • must motivate and inspire team members
  • elevated knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage service necessary
  • must have highly developed interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • working knowledge of point-of-sale and bookkeeping systems
  • proficiency in web-based and microsoft office applications
  • willing to travel 35-45 days for management training
  • flexibility to work weekends evenings holidays and varied shifts
  • ability to work 45-55 hours per week
  • must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • reliable transportation required
  • high stamina for extended standing
  • must be able to push pull reach bend stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
  • must be 21 years of age or older
