Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as per local regulations
- reliable transportation
- valid driver's license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- maintain acceptable driving record if business driving is necessary
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- self-motivated and proactive
- willingness to handle multiple tasks and adapt to change
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field considered a plus
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to analyze reports and conduct inventory counts
- proven ability to manage employee performance and implement training
- knowledge of company policies and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- assist in the recruitment of shift supervisors and crew members
- implement employee orientation programs
- develop and train restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- ensure communication and problem resolution across shifts
- lead guest service to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using company protocols
- manage restaurant financials including labor, inventory, cash management and audits
- maintain company assets securely
- ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- update training materials and restaurant manuals
- follow safety, security, cleanliness, and maintenance procedures
- comply with food safety and health regulations
- communicate operational issues to management
- implement marketing programs and plan shifts according to traffic patterns
