Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the food service industry
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning
- Manage and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
