Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the food service industry

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning
  • Manage and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
