Job Requirements

  • Proven management experience in quick service and fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards food preparation techniques and culinary processes
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Demonstrated ability in staff training and development team management and interviewing prospective employees
  • Excellent customer service skills with a background in hospitality management or restaurant experience
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory control effectively
  • Prior experience in kitchen management or food industry roles such as culinary experience or barista experience is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing scheduling and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions
  • Lead and motivate staff through effective training coaching and development initiatives to maintain high performance standards
  • Oversee food preparation cooking processes and food handling procedures to guarantee quality and safety compliance
  • Control inventory levels manage food costs and implement efficient stock rotation using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries resolving complaints promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • Supervise kitchen management activities including food production catering services banquet events and bar operations
  • Monitor cash handling procedures prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting to optimize profitability
