Job Requirements
- Proven management experience in quick service and fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards food preparation techniques and culinary processes
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Demonstrated ability in staff training and development team management and interviewing prospective employees
- Excellent customer service skills with a background in hospitality management or restaurant experience
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory control effectively
- Prior experience in kitchen management or food industry roles such as culinary experience or barista experience is highly desirable

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing scheduling and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training coaching and development initiatives to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee food preparation cooking processes and food handling procedures to guarantee quality and safety compliance
- Control inventory levels manage food costs and implement efficient stock rotation using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries resolving complaints promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Supervise kitchen management activities including food production catering services banquet events and bar operations
- Monitor cash handling procedures prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting to optimize profitability
