Job Requirements
- 2+ years as a manager in a full service restaurant
- ability to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands
- able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- commitment to health guidelines and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
- solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
- commitment to hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
- coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
- monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
- manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care
- uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Maggiano's culture
- partner with leadership to execute restaurant initiatives and drive results
