Job Requirements

  • 2+ years as a manager in a full service restaurant
  • ability to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands
  • able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • commitment to health guidelines and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
  • solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
  • commitment to hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
  • coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
  • monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
  • manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
  • resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care
  • uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
  • foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Maggiano's culture
  • partner with leadership to execute restaurant initiatives and drive results
