Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to push, lift, carry, or transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use hands and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
  • Ability to taste, smell, and communicate verbally
  • Ability to see with close, distance, color, peripheral vision and adjust focus
  • Ability to access all areas of the restaurant
  • Compliance with all state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • College or culinary schooling preferred
