Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to push, lift, carry, or transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
- Ability to taste, smell, and communicate verbally
- Ability to see with close, distance, color, peripheral vision and adjust focus
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant
- Compliance with all state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills
