Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets inventory and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with POS and restaurant management software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment
  • Passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food beverage and service excellence
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with cost controls inventory management and budgeting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with POS systems reservations and restaurant management software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a seamless and efficient service
  • Lead train and mentor front-of-house staff fostering a positive and professional work environment
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality service and product knowledge
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu execution and adherence to BRG’s quality standards
  • Monitor and manage inventory ordering and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist with marketing promotions and community engagement to drive business growth
  • Handle guest feedback resolve issues and uphold BRG’s commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Support recruitment scheduling and staff development to build a high-performing team
