- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume full-service environment
- food manager certification
- ability to work flexible schedules
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- dedication to maintaining high food and service standards
- positive and outgoing personality
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to participate in E-Verify program
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume full-service environment
- passion for hospitality
- trustworthy and team-oriented
- food manager certification
- bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- ensure effective daily restaurant operations
- maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- engage in training and developing team members
- review and analyze financial information
- ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
- motivate team to provide excellent customer service
- participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
- maintain knowledge of recipes, products, and production procedures
- manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen equipment maintenance
- fill in as needed to maintain operational efficiency
