Job Requirements

  • Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to Shift Managers and Crew Members
  • Work with restaurant management team to meet sales goals versus budget and prior year
  • Manage food, labor, and paper costs and other controllable expenses
  • Execute Company policies for control of cash, property, product, and equipment
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions and ensure preventive maintenance
  • Manage, direct, and monitor Shift Managers and Crew Members to support service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures on assigned shifts
