Job Duties
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to Shift Managers and Crew Members
- Work with restaurant management team to meet sales goals versus budget and prior year
- Manage food, labor, and paper costs and other controllable expenses
- Execute Company policies for control of cash, property, product, and equipment
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions and ensure preventive maintenance
- Manage, direct, and monitor Shift Managers and Crew Members to support service excellence
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures on assigned shifts
