Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant with dining plus bar
- solid history of success in previous managerial roles
- dependable and motivated work ethic
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
- able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry 50 pounds
- commitment to providing outstanding customer service

- minimum of 2 years management experience in a full-service restaurant with dining and bar operations
- proven track record of success and career advancement
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- excellent problem-solving abilities

- lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- manage daily operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- oversee financial performance and control costs
- maintain strong communication across all departments
