Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the restaurant industry
- prior management experience required
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- exceptional organization and leadership skills
- dependable and reliable
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- reliable means of transportation
- 50 hours work week minimum
- must be able to work well under pressure
