Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of team development and operational success
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and lead teams
  • Knowledge of restaurant systems, methods and processes
  • Stabile working history demonstrating career progress
  • Current salaried management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage performance and motivate staff
