Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of team development and operational success
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to develop and lead teams
- Knowledge of restaurant systems, methods and processes
- Stabile working history demonstrating career progress
- Current salaried management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage performance and motivate staff
Job Duties
