Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- capacity to travel for work-related functions and training
- detail-oriented and highly organized
- flexible and energetic
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- knowledge of staffing, scheduling, and cost management
- physical ability to perform tasks involving walking, standing, lifting, and bending in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year restaurant or retail management experience
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- effective leadership and team management skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Supports the Restaurant Leader in daily restaurant operations
- manages shift operations ensuring compliance with Raising Cane's standards
- acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant
- manages cash handling and ensures accountability
- enforces company policies and standards
- directs and motivates crewmembers during shifts
- provides exemplary customer service
- authorizes employee functions requiring managerial approval
- ensures restaurant cleanliness and operational readiness
- completes other assigned duties
