Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
  • capacity to travel for work-related functions and training
  • detail-oriented and highly organized
  • flexible and energetic
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • knowledge of staffing, scheduling, and cost management
  • physical ability to perform tasks involving walking, standing, lifting, and bending in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 1 year restaurant or retail management experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • effective leadership and team management skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Supports the Restaurant Leader in daily restaurant operations
  • manages shift operations ensuring compliance with Raising Cane's standards
  • acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant
  • manages cash handling and ensures accountability
  • enforces company policies and standards
  • directs and motivates crewmembers during shifts
  • provides exemplary customer service
  • authorizes employee functions requiring managerial approval
  • ensures restaurant cleanliness and operational readiness
  • completes other assigned duties
