Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility
- High school diploma required
- Working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training within first 60 days of employment
- Must have Food Safety certification within first 60 days of employment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked
- Report to the Restaurant Manager / District Manager
- Develop team to provide excellent internal and external service
- Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked
