Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility
  • High school diploma required
  • Working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training within first 60 days of employment
  • Must have Food Safety certification within first 60 days of employment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95 percent of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility
  • Food Safety certification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager / District Manager
  • Develop team to provide excellent internal and external service
  • Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked
