Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Valid Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Results-driven leadership skills
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Manage and train team members to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, equipment safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment to promote teamwork
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure a superior guest experience
