Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management role
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Drive thru and catering experience preferred
- Ability to lead 10 or more team members per shift
- Strong knowledge of financial management including budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- Awareness of quick-service restaurant trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and strong organizational capabilities
Job Qualifications

- QSR trend awareness
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
Job Duties
- Achieve sales targets
- Recognize all revenue areas and develop strategies to impact sales
- Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
- Manage and control direct expenses
- Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
- Select, retain, supervise, and train all employees
- Adhere to established training programs
- Provide guidance to our talented and motivated team and lead them toward success
- Embrace our balanced corporate structure and strong, family-culture
- Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
