Job Duties

  • Oversee entire restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
  • Make daily operational decisions to ensure smooth service
  • Provide consistent support and feedback to staff for development
  • Ensure adherence to quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Conduct line checks for weights, temperatures, cleanliness, and organization
  • Manage staffing including interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding
  • Prepare daily reports including sales, cash controls, and labor management
  • Order food, small wares, uniforms, and necessary supplies
  • Implement company recipes and food production checklists
  • Identify and address operational opportunities to improve performance
  • Approve and sign off on food and beverage discounts
  • Ensure safety and security of employees and guests
