Job Duties
- Oversee entire restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- Make daily operational decisions to ensure smooth service
- Provide consistent support and feedback to staff for development
- Ensure adherence to quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Conduct line checks for weights, temperatures, cleanliness, and organization
- Manage staffing including interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding
- Prepare daily reports including sales, cash controls, and labor management
- Order food, small wares, uniforms, and necessary supplies
- Implement company recipes and food production checklists
- Identify and address operational opportunities to improve performance
- Approve and sign off on food and beverage discounts
- Ensure safety and security of employees and guests
