Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • Completion of ServSafe and restaurant manager training
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and change
  • Excellent ethical standards and integrity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a service business with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Proven analytical and planning skills
  • Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle
  • Proficient with computers and software
  • Ability to speak read and write English effectively

Job Duties

  • Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • Monitors staffing levels and implements training systems
  • Creates a positive employee-friendly and safe environment
  • Manages daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
  • Responds promptly to guest concerns and ensures positive resolution
  • Utilizes management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Develops action plans to increase sales and profitability
  • Maintains restaurant cleanliness maintenance and brand image
  • Demonstrates leadership in fostering workplace culture and motivating employees
  • Provides coaching and development opportunities for staff
  • Ensures compliance with food safety and labor regulations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
