Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- Completion of ServSafe and restaurant manager training
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and change
- Excellent ethical standards and integrity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years managing a service business with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- ServSafe certification required
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Proven analytical and planning skills
- Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle
- Proficient with computers and software
- Ability to speak read and write English effectively
Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels and implements training systems
- Creates a positive employee-friendly and safe environment
- Manages daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Responds promptly to guest concerns and ensures positive resolution
- Utilizes management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Develops action plans to increase sales and profitability
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness maintenance and brand image
- Demonstrates leadership in fostering workplace culture and motivating employees
- Provides coaching and development opportunities for staff
- Ensures compliance with food safety and labor regulations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
