Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in restaurant management or related training
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong management skills
  • Good reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate managers and hourly team members in his/her store
  • Ensure that the restaurant is safe and professional and that guests and employees are enjoying their environment
  • Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members so that each shift runs smoothly
  • Oversee and ensure all hourly team members' performance meets company expectations through constant follow-up and communication
  • Respond to immediate store needs and resolve arising issues promptly
  • Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store and ensure compliance
  • Report information to the General Manager through plans of action and goals to improve the store and brand
