Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in restaurant management or related training
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong management skills
- Good reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Proficient in using computers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate managers and hourly team members in his/her store
- Ensure that the restaurant is safe and professional and that guests and employees are enjoying their environment
- Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members so that each shift runs smoothly
- Oversee and ensure all hourly team members' performance meets company expectations through constant follow-up and communication
- Respond to immediate store needs and resolve arising issues promptly
- Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store and ensure compliance
- Report information to the General Manager through plans of action and goals to improve the store and brand
