Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and time management skills
- must pass thorough background check
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements
- ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently
- create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
- recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members
- coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction
- review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
- execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
- control costs to help maximize profitability
- complete regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting
- complete weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
- complete vendor orders
- conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans
- ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by franchisee
- communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members
- able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- lead team meetings
- deliver training to restaurant team members
- plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance
