Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding hospitality and quality food
  • Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, people-first culture
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards
  • Oversee scheduling, labor, and inventory management to meet business goals
  • Drive sales and profitability through great guest service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Coach, support, and hold team members accountable to Swadley’s standards
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement company initiatives
