Job Requirements
- must be able to fluently speak and read English

- restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required

- physically and mentally capable of operating restaurant equipment
- able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions using fingers and wrists

Job Duties
- administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
- ensure implementation of operational standards for quality service and cleanliness
- manage store operations cost-effectively including sales and profitability goals
- handle full P&L statement accountability
- demonstrate leadership and remain engaged with customers and employees
- manage guest experience during assigned shifts
- provide leadership, direction, and motivation to store team
- counsel, discipline, promote, or fire employees as necessary
- lead operational excellence efforts
- focus on 100% guest satisfaction
- train and develop team members
- achieve financial goals and control expenses
- utilize effective communication and coaching skills
- manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facility maintenance
