Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management

  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work of employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide and schedule training for front and back of house staff
  • Supervise food production and preparation ensuring consistency with established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
