Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • availability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • previous restaurant management experience
  • ability to manage both front and back-of-house functions
  • strong leadership qualities

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • customer service experience

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supply ordering
  • ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle scheduling and labor cost control
  • lead by example and maintain a positive work environment
