Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and lead diverse teams

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience specifically at Cracker Barrel
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage both kitchen and dining operations
  • people-first leadership approach
  • ability to stay calm under pressure
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory and staffing levels
  • ensure high standards of guest service
  • maintain smooth kitchen and dining room flow
  • handle scheduling and labor cost controls
  • lead team through busy shifts while maintaining a positive work environment
