Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years management experience in a high-volume full-service scratch kitchen restaurant
  • Valid food handlers certification or alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
