Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol serving where applicable
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform manual tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, and handling objects
- ability to communicate verbally and use vision effectively
- ability to work in all areas of the restaurant including selling floor, stock, and register areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success on the job and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with category job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial reporting
- control food costs by following recipes and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
