Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture

- Capability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Set clear expectations and maintain open communication with team members
- Develop teams and foster a performance-driven culture
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent execution
- Recognize and reward team members for their contributions
- Manage scheduling to provide balanced workloads and consistent service
- Monitor restaurant performance and contribute to achieving quarterly bonus targets
