Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
  • preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
  • completion of food and beverage online training modules
  • strong experience handling highly confidential material such as member and employee data
  • proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • strong communication abilities and demonstrated leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • supervise service staff to ensure consistent service execution
  • monitor reservation book for shift functions and special notes
  • oversee room setups and cleanliness
  • complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
  • ensure side work and assignments are completed
  • assist in training and development of service staff
  • lead or participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • maintain comprehensive menu and beverage knowledge
  • record information in shift log
  • communicate updates and special instructions to team members
  • assist others as needed and take on additional tasks
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • uphold ethics and integrity in management
  • promote safe working practices
  • pursue personal and professional growth
  • address challenges with available resources
  • support team efficiency and collaboration
