Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
