Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
