Job Duties

  • support general manager in restaurant operating plans to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
  • plan schedules and analyze staffing needs while ensuring employee development and training

  • ensure menu items meet brand standards
  • maintain proper inventory levels following company guidelines
  • ensure guest satisfaction through proper service execution and environment maintenance
  • uphold compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • maintain facility and equipment through preventive maintenance and safety adherence
  • promote company values focusing on safety
  • manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs, and food costs
  • stay aware of market trends and assist with local marketing programs
