Job Duties
- support general manager in restaurant operating plans to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
- plan schedules and analyze staffing needs while ensuring employee development and training

- ensure menu items meet brand standards
- maintain proper inventory levels following company guidelines
- ensure guest satisfaction through proper service execution and environment maintenance
- uphold compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- maintain facility and equipment through preventive maintenance and safety adherence
- promote company values focusing on safety
- manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs, and food costs
- stay aware of market trends and assist with local marketing programs
