Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of prior restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve financial goals
  • Lead the profitability efforts including P&L management and review
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with fast and friendly service
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
  • Manage scheduling and labor allocation to optimize workforce efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
