Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of prior restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve financial goals
- Lead the profitability efforts including P&L management and review
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with fast and friendly service
- Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
- Manage scheduling and labor allocation to optimize workforce efficiency
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
