Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the foodservice industry preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly during busy shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays weighing up to 20 pounds
- Ability to reach high shelves (6 feet) and bend to lower levels (2.5 to 3 feet)
- Willingness to complete required training and certification
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferably in the foodservice industry
- High school diploma required some college or a degree is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests staff and vendors
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to complete University of Perkins training and achieve ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Support leadership by working with the General Manager to manage daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- Achieve sales and profitability goals by executing company policies and maintaining high standards
- Lead guest satisfaction efforts by providing outstanding service and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a motivated and well-trained team
- Oversee inventory, food safety standards, and quality control to maintain consistent food preparation and presentation
- Manage financial operations including payroll, cash handling, and budget tracking
- Schedule staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet guest demand
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce sanitation and maintenance practices
