Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in inventory and cost control
- Capability to work 50+ hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Excellent customer service skills
