Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in inventory and cost control
  • Capability to work 50+ hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Monitor financial performance including cost control and budget adherence
