Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- preferred experience in family, fast-food or casual dining restaurant
- flexible to work various shifts and weekends
- able to stand for extended periods and walk without rest
- able to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to reach, bend, and stoop
- able to use hands to handle objects and controls
- able to taste and smell
- able to verbally communicate
- able to see clearly including close, distance, peripheral and color vision
- able to access all areas of the restaurant including sales floor, stock and register areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- strong planning and organization skills

- excellent computer skills

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- assist in building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues to ensure 100% satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health, safety codes, and company policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness
- control operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports, and schedules
- control food and labor costs through recipe adherence and scheduling
- perform other duties as assigned
