Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be fluent in English

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated dedication to hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Oversee all front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead and manage team members to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to optimize operational efficiency
  • Support employee training, development, and performance management
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with home office support to meet business targets
