Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- valid driver’s license
- must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Oversee all front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead and manage team members to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to optimize operational efficiency
- Support employee training, development, and performance management
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with home office support to meet business targets
