Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum two years experience in restaurant industry preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- compliance with all health and safety regulations
- available to model company values and appearance
- must be able to verbally communicate clearly
- ability to perform physical demands of the role
- willingness to follow state mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- college and/or culinary school preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in compliance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a friendly atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests
- investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations including cost and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- manage daily operations including cash control and scheduling
- control food and labor costs
- perform all other assigned duties
