- Must be at least 21 years old
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- minimum 2 years' experience as a restaurant manager
- valid driver's license and insurance
- willingness to travel using personal vehicle
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- available to answer calls at all hours
